They have multi-lingual recruiters across 5 continents who can find the very best people (helped by AI) and can also provide everything a company needs to manage an offshore team, including equipment and office space. They provide an easy-to-use back-end management system that can invoice and has payment integration meaning that their offering is fully end-to-end.
