Refund Policy

GIN's Satisfaction Guarantee


At GIN, we're committed to delivering results. If you don't receive genuine interest from investors during your first listing, we'll work with you to enhance your pitch and provide an additional 30 days of listing free of charge (90 days for Executive pack holders). If you still don't see success, we'll refund your investment.


To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • • Engage with a minimum of 50 connected investors, with documented proof of meaningful interactions
  • • Request a refund in writing, at least 30 days prior to the listing expiration date
  • • Provide a detailed, written explanation of the reasons for requesting a refund, which must be approved by GIN's Refund Approval team
  • • Not have previously received a refund or cancellation of any GIN service

Note

  • • Early cancellation or opting out of the free re-listing will result in a 25% refund, minus administrative fees
  • • Renewal payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances
  • • Missed deadlines, including failure to request a refund within the specified timeframe, forfeits refund eligibility
  • • Only GIN Pro, GIN Global, and GIN Premium packages are refundable, subject to a 20% processing fee
  • • Bank transfer payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances
  • • All refunds are subject to a minimum processing time of 60 days
  • • GIN reserves the right to deny any refund request, at its sole discretion

Cancel your subscription anytime through your account's Subscriptions & Billing page, but be aware that this will not automatically qualify you for a refund.
