The Business
Certified Organic-Regenerative (Ultra Low Disturbance) 100% No-Till Carbon-C Production symbiotically connected to the Fundamental Laws of Nature. This is the culmination of 45 years of self-funded R&D resulting in a farming system that is low risk, low cost with a stable reliable climate-proof production capability. The size is approximately 2,000 Ha of which two crops per year are grown, totalling 4,000 Ha per year. Farming colleagues using similar technology to myself are 98% confident that when they sow their crop they will harvest it, on top of that security I intend to take out Multi-Peril crop insurance of which adds another layer of risk mitigation to the business. The target Gross Income from grain per year is $1M to $2M Aus
The Market
I have strong demand domestically and internationally for Organic Grain. I use a specialist Certified Organic Grain Broker based in Australia who shares market knowledge pre-planting and then places the grain after harvest with Certified Organic Grain Production Contracts. I am advised that the Organic Market Globally grows at about 14% per annum. I intend to add evidence to the quality of our product by way of a Brix reading which gives a measurement of the sugars and minerals in the food. If you are familiar with Brix readings my recent test was approximately 19% which is very good. A company is developing a tool called a Bio-Nutrient Meter which will give a real-time, immediate rating of the food's nutrient density.
Progress/Proof
I started Organic-Regenerative Farming some 45 years ago and took my family farm soil Organic Matter to approximately 5% which is considered impossible even today, at those levels the soil functions in a completely different manner helping to increase profitability substantially. Recent research has shown a direct correlation between soil Organic Carbon and the profitability of the farm business. I have discovered a farmer by the name of "Gabe Brown" from North Dakota who has made almost identical discoveries to myself, the only difference is he has the results independently tested and ratified. I have attached this evidence to my pitch. I have current Organic Grain contracts on offer. The business is currently operating on 1,500 Ha.
Objectives/Future
The first objective is to raise the capital, then fast track the technology by immediately planting approximately 1,500 Ha of Certified Organic Milling Wheat, then as it is being harvested I plant a Multi-Species Prairie Cover Crop to feed the soil and Sequester C02 at the same time start building up seed stocks of higher valued crops such as Hemp Seed and Linseed. Take baseline soil organic carbon readings in readiness for increases so they can be ratified for Soil Carbon Trading. The future objective was to expand the technology and encourage a roll-out across the globe. The Potential for Soil Carbon Sequestration is approximately $2M per year. The potential for Certified Organic Grain Production is approximately $1M to $2M annually.

John Dowling is the owner-operator, inventor, and designer with approximately 45 years of experience in Certified Organic Regenerative Carbon Farming production systems. Extensive research and development have been carried out over that period. The business is now mature and ready to expand.
