Hamish owns Reid NZ, focused on supporting Individuals, companies and governments in understanding their GHG Footprint and then setting and implementing a path to Net Zero. Both Reid NZ and NZ Solutions use engineering and science to guide our work - no BS or guesswork involved. 35 Years focused on addressing sustainability.

Guy Oxnard
Legal & Commercial
Guy focuses on ensuring that NZ Solutions will have a firm foundation of business relationships and structures, leveraging his expertise in designing contractual structures, partnership/joint venture management & governance, and negotiation skills and soft influence. 25 years legal, governance, management and commercial experience in exploration & production and midstream projects with multi-jurisdictional energy companies.

Steve Ikin
MD Anemoi and Notus
Steve has had a long and successful career in the wind energy sector and is now MD of our Wind partner company. With a background in finance, Steve's energy sector experience spans the full life cycle from early-stage development, development, construction through to operational. Steve has operated in both domestic and international geographies. Through his experience across 35 countries, he has overseen 5GW of completed wind farm development. 14 Years in the renewable energy sector focused on wind.

Gail Seymour
Communications
Gail has focused on creating value-added content that converts for clients for over 25 years. She has ghostwritten over 100 books for celebrities and business owners including the memoirs of a billionaire and a commemorative royal biography. Author of the novel Decontamination, and the handbook Economic Food Storage Strategies for Disaster Survival, Gail is also a liveaboard sailor. She has a personal interest in microbial fuel cell development and 10 years' experience of sustainable off-grid thriving. 25 years focused on ethical and transparent client engagement.
The Deal
Looking for PKR 549,000,000 - Min per Investor PKR 18,000,000 Funding needs and status as of June 2024: • Total Required (12 projects) = GBP 1.5m • Invested = GBP 0.5m • Funds required = GBP 1.m Three options for investment are envisaged: Loans—repaid on sale of sites at ESD. The interest rate being offered drops as the risk reduces. • August 13% Convertible loans—loans of 2% less than ordinary loans convertible to shareholding on sales of 2 or more sites. Shareholding—Shares can be purchased in NZ UK during the initial ESD stage. Shareholders will receive, via NZ UK: • Dividend upon sale of projects at ESD • Dividends from the sale of one or more projects at RTB (i.e. one of the NOTUS NZ SPVs) • Dividends from operations of the wind farms.
