The Business
Open Banking is revolutionising how we do business, yet upper mid-market and enterprise finance teams don’t have access to it. Their resource planning systems, such as Microsoft 365, don’t integrate with local banking systems which means payments are still passed via unsecure CSV files and reconciliation is still being done manually which is hugely time consuming. Yavrio’s proprietary fintech solution addresses enterprise finance teams’ main pain point. It links 14,000+ banks to global software solutions meaning that bank reconciliation can be done in an instant and domestic and cross-border payments are frictionless. They already have several well-known clients on their books, such as Next, Sodexo, Wasabi and many more, and have signed the deals that will take them to profitability. They have a stellar management team in place as well as industry heavyweights as investors and advisors, including former UK Chancellor Sajid Javid.
Objectives/Future
In September they will be raising £4m-£5m from institutions at a pre-money valuation of £25m. This current round is a bridge of £750k capped at a £15m valuation. They have no direct competition and are on a fast track to £100m ARR in the UK alone (they are currently moving into the US market).
